Contact us and we will send you a Project term sheet and Know your customer questionnaire. Please provide information and supporting documents and be assured that all the records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Austrian data protection law.
Sign the Project term sheet and inform us of the planned arrival date in Vienna. Once you arrive in Vienna, we will meet at our office, answer any additional questions and schedule a site visit.
Once the project development company is established, the share of the capital shall be transferred to the company's bank account. Quarterly progress reports and site pictures shall be provided.
We shall cover all expenses for one business trip for two persons for the construction site visit during the development of the project.
