Please inform us of your travel date to Vienna. Here, we will visit the property, review all the documentation and answer any additional questions you may have. After this review if you decide to go forward with the investment, we will set up an appointment with the Public Notary.
At the Public Notary we will sign the required documents that will be certified by the Notary. The holding company will be registered after payment of 10% deposit of the transaction amount.
After the holding company is registered and the real estate is transferred on its balance you will make the final payment. Your investment ownership will be officially confirmed by the relevant government authority.
